Essay plan

[Introduction]
General idea, background:
The rate of children who have meal alone has been increasing today.
Thesis: Eating alone brings bad influences on children's health and minds.

[Causes]
①Both father and mother work for their living.
②Children go to cram school, and eat supper there, not at home.

[Results]
①Lack of nutrition---unbalanced diet, getting overweight, unhealthy
②Hyperactivity may be caused by contains artificial coloring---UK's research
③Lack of communication---causing social phobia when they eat with people.

[Solutions]
①making a day that all family members have meal together.
②getting knowledge of nutrition to choose balanced meal by themselves.

[Conclusion]
Summary
My opinion: It is important for children's growths to have balanced meal
with family at home.

Summary

The research by Southampton University shows that taking in artificial food colours may cause children's conducts. Children may get good results on hyperactivity or ADHD by cutting the food that contains amount of colours. From this research, UK food companies mentioned that they had already been finding other things instead of colours at FSA's meeting. From the FSA's sientist, Dr.Andrew Wadge's perspective, artificial colours are not only reason causing hyperactivity, but the research can be useful, and people who are afraid of can avoid artificial colours by checking food labels.

  1. Very good. As you said yourself, there is no opposing point of view in this argument - one could be constructed, even though it may be obviously wrong-headed.
