Introduction:

In China,the employment difficulty is still a big problem for university graduates.Most people agree that this is because the major they learned in university isn’t matched with what is needed in their job. This essay proves that the opinion agreed by most people isn’t the main cause of it and then gives a new viewpoint from economy perspective.In the process,the essay will analyse some background information with data about this phenomenon ,the defects of the employment structure influened by America , then the different employment situation from Hongkong,finally,some suggestions for Government to solve this problem more effectively.

In china,there is an high increasion number of university graduates,but the employment rate is so low.Some of reasons for it this article gived include the high enrolments but without carefully matched with their job,the lack of market research that lead to the increasing gap between the supply of graduates and the demand of employers.Then describe three main measure to solve this problems by government.First is to creat new job position through stimulating economy but people argue that it would just benefit for workers not for graduates.The second is to increase the number of postgraduates enrolments .The last one is that encourage graduates to have job in rural .
