1. Brief introduction of plastic surgery.
Plastic surgery is a medical specialty concerned with the correction or restoration of form and function. It also includes many types of reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. (Wikipedia)

2. Its developing history
Due to the Second World War, there were many soldiers injured and the cosmetic surgery developed rapidly since then.

3. Plastic surgery in now society, and it’s widely influence to the people.
Have a good physical appearance is a quite important element in nowadays society. And people talk about it every day and everywhere. In a certain condition it encourage people wish to have a good physical appearance.

Main body
Different attitudes of plastic surgery from different group of people and the reason why they take plastic surgery:

1. Super star: actors, actresses and singers
Special job request them very high standard physical appearance. There always have keen competition in this area. Good looking is one of the most important elements relevant to this career.

2. Middle aged woman
Middle aged woman start getting old. This group of people has very high demand of keeping young looking.

3. People who has special needs
People who have physical defect need cosmetic surgery to rebuild their confidence.

4. Rich people
Rich people have different life requirement from the normal people, some of them treat it as a luxury good.

The debate about cosmetic surgery in the society

1. The voices form the group of people who support taking cosmetic surgery
Better looking can build people’s coincidence.
Some people can get more working opportunities due to the good looking.
Some people will feel happier and they could do more things if they have better looking.

2. The voices form the group of people who have negative opinions about cosmetic surgery.
It is a very high cost and unless thing to do.
Cosmetic surgery has very high failure chance.
Some people suffered from its sequel.

Conclusion
If we do not really need it, we better not to take it. Nature is beauty.

Taking plastic surgery is a highly debatable topic in present society. People could have better physical appearance after the operation. It is getting increasingly popular nowadays. Meanwhile different voices from the society also come after it. There are mainly two different opinions about plastic surgery. Some people believe plastic surgery could bring a happier life to them. On the other hand, the other group of voice stands on the opposite side. They think plastic surgery is an unnecessary thing to do. People risk their health on it. This essay will analyse the different aspects of plastic surgery from different type of people who wants to take it. And then, the opinions from those two groups will be compared to see should people really need to take plastic surgery.

Summary

There are two groups of people who have different opinions about cosmetic surgery. The first group of people their confidence level is affected by their physical appearance. They believe cosmetic surgery is necessary. On the other hand, the other group stands on the opposite side. They think cosmetic surgery is contemptible and unnecessary.

Nowadays, society take person’s physical beautiful quite important in general. For some people who have physical defect, if they think people treat them differently because of their physical flaw or they are not confidence enough, it is necessary to take cosmetic surgery. For some people who have good looking, they take cosmetic surgery just for the minor change. It is not very necessary. In addition, the change may not suit their face. To sum up, whether to take the cosmetic surgery or not, people need to think about it carefully before take it. How important it is worth to undergo the surgery.
