william'summary&introduction

Introduction
Counterfeiting had been appeared in china for several years.lots people like it because it is very cheap and had a nice look. Actually, it’s not a right way for Chinese corporation to do. They can’t hold their own brands and just become a manufacturer
Lots of people know china only about the “made in china’ and not so much Chinese brands become popular in the world. China become a big world factory in the past decades. Counterfeiting is still a big problems in china. Lots of counterfeiting products in the market--not only internal market but also overseas market.
Nowadays, Chinese government notice that counterfeiting is not a stably way for Chinese firms, they need independent innovation. the government give financial support to firms who do independent innovation. They want to see the change from Chinese firms. they want change the situation. In my opinion, I think it’s the time for Chinese corporations to give up counterfeiting and get into independent innovation. In my essay, I will focus on the problems which counterfeiting gave to Chinese firms and try to explain why independent innovation is a long-term strategy for Chinese companies.




Summary:
This essay talk about the counterfeiting in China, the writer show us how the counterfeiting works in China, and give three tools to government to stop the counterfeiting.finally,he also give three suggestions to right holders to avoid counterfeiting.
Counterfeiting is a very serious problems in china now. it also appears in overseas markets.
There is three steps of counterfeiting. first of all, the counterfeiting companies will let a normal man or company to register for them, the counterfeiters always hide behind them. After that, In the producing part, the counterfeiters just do the products to regular customers, new customers are not accepted by them. when they are ready for sale, they never offer samples to customers. Finally they mix their counterfeiting products with real products in the markets to confuse people
The writer give three tools to government. first one is to establish a Effective trademark registration system to check if the products is counterfeiting or not. The other two is about the Criminal penalties for business counterfeiting and provide the Civil procedures for counterfeiting.
In the end, the author gave three suggestions to business. First one is to get their products designed to make others hard to counterfeit. Second one is to manage the trademark effectively. last one is to do investigations and action to catch the man behind.
