Moreover, the gap between urban areas and rural areas contributes to the low education level in the rural areas. As is known to all, education is the prime force of productivity. Keeping this in mind, many countries and governments give priority to the development of education. China’s education witnessed a rapid growth in the past decades. However, the education level in countrysides still keeps very low. Because of poverty, dozens of country students lose the chance to study at school. As a result, The enrollment of primary schools and secondary schools is much lower compared with cities. With a poor education level, the development of economy and technology would be a dream difficult to be realized. To walk out of this difficult situation, narrow the gap between urban areas and rural areas becomes more important.
