[Lack of nutrition]
Children can choose foods themselves, so they only eat what they like such as fastfood, snacks, and sweets. It causes children to get overweight by taking in too much carbohydrate and oil, not vegetables.
Summary for support my opinion
From the Department of Health research, the rate of obesity in UK is the highest in Europe countries. The rate of children between two and ten years old has been increasing from 1996. The percent of fat children in 1996 was 10.6, but rose 16.7 in 2007. It is suggested that bat eating habit brings children to get overweight. Most of children take in too much salts, sugar, and fat than the proper amount. And, children whose families have a low income don't take in enough vegetables. The trend of high percentage of obesity children will continue if these situations don't change.

ReplyDelete/Good. Be a bit more careful with your grammar. There is new research out that shows that the situation here has improved - or the data from the studies you mention were exaggerated - it was in the news last week./
