In the process of cultural heritage, due to the stability of the traditional culture, traditional Chinese values of education exists negative effect. In the first part, let us talk about the relationship between teachers and students. In traditional culture, students should respect teacher and can not challenge the teacher's authority. Teachers play a more important role in education rather than students, so Chinese students are always in a passive position. Due to long-term passive position, the students have shortage of self-confidence and independence. Second part is about the education values and education quality, traditional culture reflected in education values is to cultivate "government officials" or "celebrity" as education evaluation standard of success .It is unfair for the teachers to put their attention to the top student but less care about the other students in their class. In the last part, in most of the Chinese parents' eyes, obedient and honest have been considered an important symbol of good students; those who have their own independent opinion, dare to offer the objections, often considered bad student.
