Financial Crisis (Ibrahim Altwoaijri)

FINANCIAL CRISIS

INTRODUCTION

In the resent few years no one was estimated the current financial crisis will happen as occurred .Increasing demand on banking productions such as mortgages, currency exchange and investment in financial market prompted banks to offer several services to increase their profits by encourage people to join this marketing with poor regulation and large volume of risk by loaned them a high quantity of money. People around the world have been becoming more interested about business news which attracted people to pay attention who they growth their wealth or to get own house rather than rent a house." The term financial crisis is applied broadly to a variety of situations in which some financial institutions or assets suddenly lose a large part of their value" according to the Wikipedia (for the 2008-2009 crisis). The question is what are reasons for the present recession crisis? And how we can came up of this crisis? Therefore, this essay will explain some reasons of current financial crisis and give a suggestions to solve this problem.

What are the reasons of the current financial crisis?

To explain some of the underlying reasons for the causes of the present recession crisis. The essay is based on predominantly two schools of thought carried and conveyed by two respective scholars.
Firstly, According to the kabalistic views, the ego of narrow personal interest for pursuit of wealth duo to internal conflict .Knock on effect by infectious collapse when some element happen in financial institutions infect others which we need to fortify our understanding of future to prevent repercussions of inaccurate predictions for make balance and harmony between all element means of deal with nature systems not with artificial systems.
Capitalism gave every one right to attain the wealth by any possible way with out impose enough regulation to protect macroeconomic from individual greed. Weaknesses in the law and financial regulation in capitalist countries and the lack of control on financial transactions stimulated the workers of financial institutions and individuals to focus on the increasing of their profit with out considerable the risk that may result from these measures.
Secondly, according to Knowledge Wharton, U.S stock market loses more than third of its value. The fatal flaw when the government allow banks to creating bundling for supply more mortgages and government encourage people who in low and middle income to buying homes which hence increased home price rabidly .Intervene bailing out Lehman Brothers by government cause crisis of confidence .The massive failure by traders and CEO about homes prices would go in just one direction.
Inaccurate analysis of the general trend of the market by traders and business managers, and competition to achieve the highest profitability ratios ignoring the fact that a bounce is the opposite may occur at any time, most of them pumping their savings to catch the largest possible proportion of the profits because of the continuing rise in the price of real estate and financial market, unjustified with low distributions and returns on these investment

Kelly's Homework(7)

Moreover, people who stick the opinion that the gap between city and countryside should be bridged because they think it can stop the migration from rural areas to urban areas. The migration of rural labour to urban areas in China since the mid-1980s has created the largest labour flow in the world history. A commonly cited figure puts the number of rural migrations residing in urban areas at 50 million in the mid-1990s. (Yaohui Zhao,1999) Lacking of labour force makes the farm lands abandoned and be left uncultivated. As is known to all, China owns a large population, it is difficult to feed so many people without enough farm lands. Besides, this also causes a big pressure to the lands in urban areas, the housing prices has gone up quickly during recent years. As a result, the Chinese government has to launch a policy to restrict migration from rural to urban areas. Hopefully narrowing the gap between city and countryside can slow the migration.

Paralysed Belgian misdiagnosed as in coma for 23 years

TV grab of Rom Houben, who was misdiagnosed as being in a coma
Rom Houben now uses a special keyboard to communicate

A Belgian man who doctors thought was in a coma for 23 years was conscious all along, it has been revealed.

Medical staff believed Rom Houben had sunk irretrievably into a coma after he was injured in a car crash in 1983.

A doctor at Belgium's University of Liege who discovered that Mr Houben had been misdiagnosed said his case was not an isolated one.

"I was shouting, but no-one could hear me," Mr Houben, now 46, was quoted as saying by a German magazine.

According to Der Spiegel, Mr Houben, who can now communicate by using a special keyboard, has described how his body did not respond when he woke up after the accident.

'Second birth'

He has also said that he felt powerless as doctors and nurses tried to speak to him before giving up hope, and that he "dreamt the time away" as the years passed.

It was only in 2006 that a scan revealed that though Mr Houben was paralysed, his brain was in fact almost entirely functioning.

"I will never forget the day they discovered me," Mr Houben was quoted as saying. "It was like a second birth."

Mr Houben's story was revealed in a paper written by Steven Laureys, a doctor at Liege University who wrote a recent paper that detailed the case.

In it, Mr Laureys said that in about 40% of cases in which people are classified as being in a vegetative state, closer inspection reveals signs of consciousness.

Fashion contains two-sides meanings. First,it is a reaction of current prevalent culture of society and people's life style. Second,it should aim at aesthetic value. Both of them are closely related to the thoughts of consumers. This explanation sounds bald, let me give some examples. Why do canvas bags, colourful and plastic costume accessories and purified cotton products become more and more popular in recent years? When people realize that human's expanded desire has brought a lot of harm to our environment, people begin to pursuit more healthy and more natural lifestyles, then vegetarian food and cotton costume emerge. When people begin to worry that overexploitation will lead directly to the devil, environmental-friendly bags and costume flood into the market. When economic crisis happens, fund shortage and insecurity make people transfer to concentrate on those bright-coloured products with low costs. These are marks given by times. China owns a large market of consumption. With integrated with the world,Chinese people have gradually opened their mind to a wide range. So long as we follow their ideas about consumption,we get more closer to the international fashion centre.

David's Homework

Chinese traditional culture is beginning to capture the attention of the world. Kung Fu, especially, has had a great impact on the millions of people who first learned about China through it. From that, they may come to China and learn about other aspects of this culture, such as traditional operas like the Beijing and Sichuan ones. Western countries learned such things as Fengshui and other concepts that are unique in Chinese traditional culture. On the other hand, Asian countries have long history to know about the greatness of Chinese traditional culture. Their own cultures are a mix of their native culture and those Chinese characteristics. South Korea and Japan long ago adopted Chinese traditional culture such as Confucianism which is still continue today even challenged by Pop Culture. Currently, China is taking steps to further this spread of its culture by establishing Chinese Cultural Centers in such places as the United States and Europe, so Chinese traditional culture can be well know in the world.

William's 2rd paragraph

In china,we have the film censorship system, which means film need to be checked before been showed in cinema. Some films need to cut part of plots or change some part of the story, only after everything had been changed, the film can be showed to the audience.Unfortunately, some film will not allow to show in cinema becasue the specific plots.Others need to edit a lot of the plot. All these sometimes make the film hard to understand and divide the film to small parts, audiences can't connect the plot together. It will make them feel confused. In addition, directors always think about this system before and when they are shooting the film, this gives a restriction to director. They need to change their mind to make everything right.Even though, some directors learn to cut the film by theirselves before they send the film to the censorship system. It sounds funny, but it's the truth. As all mentioned above, the film censorship system had changed the china's film market a lot also change some directors a lot.Directors need freedom to shoot, audiences need to see the whole story without cutting.

Kelly's Homework(7th)

Moreover, the gap between urban areas and rural areas contributes to the low education level in the rural areas. As is known to all, education is the prime force of productivity. Keeping this in mind, many countries and governments give priority to the development of education. China’s education witnessed a rapid growth in the past decades. However, the education level in countrysides still keeps very low. Because of poverty, dozens of country students lose the chance to study at school. As a result, The enrollment of primary schools and secondary schools is much lower compared with cities. With a poor education level, the development of economy and technology would be a dream difficult to be realized. To walk out of this difficult situation, narrow the gap between urban areas and rural areas becomes more important.

Lanfang

What makes the situation better is that people are more self-regulated than before. They are conscious and willing to do as well as possible. Like in rainny days when the traffic can easily get blocked, some private-car drivers will voluntarily offer a lift to someone waiting for taxi on their ways, and this certainly makes the road more smooth with less cars. Another good example is that in Shanghai, people who live in suburb but work in city centre will park their cars at the big parking plot before going into centre area and tranfer to the underground instead. Also, biking and walking start to become popular again, not only because they can keep us fit, but also for that they are more flexible than driving in traffic jam. With public awareness growing, what need to do is to improve the public facility to make people more comfortable.

Lack of communication

Moreover, the opportunity of talking with family is taken by eating alone. The relationship between children and parents becomes worse when they don't talk during eating. Approximatly 30 percent children who never talk with family at the table think that parents scold because they are just in a bad mood. And, almost a third of them sometimes feel parents are really hate.(Bennese,2009)
The lack of communication with family causes not only the bad family relationship, also children mental problem. The communication with people at the table enriches our minds, and brings the enjoyment of eating. Having a pleasant meal is more important than people expect. According to Murata, having a meal with family, especially, has some works like becoming calm, relaxing, healing, and easing the tension. These effects are necessary for children to build their characters, and communication skills. In addition, he mentions that the feeling of eating with parents enjoyable connects to "basic trust", which is proposed by developmental psychologist, Erikson. If children can not get enough basic trust, they begin a new experience by themselves difficultly.
These mental problems are sometimes more serious rather than health problem. It is hard for parents to notice them because they are invisible. And if they notice these problems, illnesses may worsen, so children needs a long treatment.

In sum, cause of the ignorance of basic science are manifold. I am convinced that steps, including government efforts and media publicity of scientists, should be taken to address this disturbing trend. Actually, the basic science is useful which aims to solve specific problems. The ignorance of basic science could lead to the loss of applied science’s foundation. Some effective measures should be taken to stop this tendency. First, to attract young people to study basic science, the university should provide more scholarships. Secondly, the university and the government should offer more financial support for basic science. Finally, enterprises should be encouraged to invest in the research project on basic science. Unless the government and society realize the significance of basic science and adopt proper policies, the situation will be not improved.

Ending In my opinion, traditional foods are irreplaceable. Not only that traditional food contain huge amount of alimentation, but also can represent an image of particular country. It is irresistible and undeniable that fast food took huge benefits to our life, especially in this busy and competitive society. But with this tendency become strongly, traditional food and eating style may be vanished I future, which means a part of our culture and will be killed and disappear forever. Consequently, this result would be sorrow fully to human beings. Because in this era, too many old things dead with the development of new technology.

Act utilitarianism does not give adequate attention to employee’s right and freedom, which are considered to be our human fundamental needs or desire and is incompatible with the law of justice. The company does not accommodate and acknowledge their employees’ different cultures, backgrounds and needs. Nevertheless, another concern associated with act utilitarianism is that we judge the action to be right or wrong only depend on consequences, all the relevant action or consideration as regard to their effect on consequences. (Rachels, J. (2003). In deciding what right rule of the company, we must weighting up all the pros and cons of best promote the overall benefits over harms. In my opinion, some rule can not be universalized according to some particular situation. In our case, if the rule says that employee can have tattoos in the workplace, then, this rule would, in some circumstance, increase the burden of company and perhaps, damage the image of whole company. In spite of above two theories, the company must address a variety of complex issue. Rules based on dress code should take ethnic characteristics or different racial into account, and try to avoid setting standard that would deny an employees’ job performance.

Vera's homework

Topic: Career advice for children aged 7-11.

Positive

Under the new scheme, it will be easier for children to choose their subjects when they start learning in secondary school. Ed Balls, School Secretary who draw up the plan, said " It is often too late for children to start thinking about this at 14 when they are influenced from when they are seven, eight and nine." Relevant information will be offered to help children find out what areas they are interested in and make the right choice when they start secondary education.

The new scheme also opened various chances for children by using online career advice and guidance to broaden their mind and spot their talent. Older children can receive career advice and mentoring from business people, older peers and others on the Internet. Plus related information will be provided via Facebook, Youtube and through blogs. This can help children to learn more about what's their current situation, how many choices they have and to find out which field they are good at.

Since 75% of 11-year-olds want to go to university in the future, the scheme can help children to be more prepared for future career and nurture them to achieve the best they can. It seems like only children from privileged backgrounds or middle-class families would get more advice from parents and friends who know the university system than children from poorer backgrounds—who always fall short of their ambitions and believe that universities and certain careers are out of reach. Therefore, Career-related learning will be provided for children in certain areas to help them realize what they can achieve. Also there will be end-of-year assemblies which could be used to introduce children to career options, and links will be formed by universities with primaries to get pupils thinking about higher education from early age. The career advice will be provided for children through to the age of 18, as well as every young person will be given access to a mentor who can guide them.

Notes-taking

1. War- Lots of war history
2. Terrorism- Al Qaeda activities
3. Religion- Religious view

Summary

It’s hard to say how much longer the Taliban will continue to fight, or when the U.S. will end its war. Afghanistan’s future, like its past, looks very dark indeed. Currently Northern Alliance warlords, southern Pashtun warlords, opportunistic emigre politicians, and even supporters of the aging deposed autocrat King Zahir Shah, are arguing about who will be the exploiter-in-chief of the devastated land. Most likely they will come up with some sort of coalition government – that will perhaps hold the different factions together, perhaps not. In the end it matters little, since none of the figures involved represent the people of this country, and none of them seem to have ever had their interests at heart.

Paragraph

Beginning in the 1800s Afghanistan’s internal affairs became dramatically aggravated by the increasing intervention by two new imperialist powers – the British Empire and Czarist Russia. The British were expanding and consolidating their colonial holdings on the India sub-continent, and were looking at the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan as a natural barrier to prevent invasion by rival imperialists. The Russians, for their part, were expanding south and east, swallowing up several formerly independent sultanates and emirates in Central Asia. The two great powers essentially engaged in a race for Afghanistan, and their fiendish seizures of land, overthrow of indigenous nations and reckless interference into the affairs of the remaining independent states in the region became known as “the Great Game.”

subject: the city you live in wants to be build casino area. the gambling and the entertainment will bring more tourist and money and help the locak economy

people often enjoy having the chance to win large amount of money. The lure of a big jackpot attracts many people tp casino. Gambling can be very profitable , so that taxing casinos can bring lots of money to local goverment. This money can be used to provide more service or reduce other taxs. They provide jobs to the people of the tribe and bring money to historically impoverished areas. Casinos also bring more money to other local businesses, like restaurants and tourist shops, which further help the economy.

There are several disadvantages towns and cities have faced when they build casinos, however , more tourists mean more traffic and more crime. Money that is raised from new taxes on gambling businesses also has to be spent on improving traffic infrastructure and on hiring more police. This spending , though , does not reduce the pollution and noise of throng og tourists coming to town to hit the big one. Local residents have to weigh carefully whether or not it is worth the trouble to build a casino.

I think that I would tacity support the casino if I were in that imaginary situation. I would want some of that new money to be spent on helping people with gambling addicitions as well. It is not good local econmy if people lose all their money gambling, The local goverment would have to be very careful if they decided to build a new casino

Advertising helps to sell product and services by providing consumers with ideas and styles of living that can be achieved by using the products and services. These ideas are often seen as superior to the consumers’ “status quo” (Nicosia, 1974 as quoted in Kim Sheehan, 2004, controversies in contemporary advertising). The tattoo was evaluated differently from workplace to workplace on a case-by-case basis. But here, the ethical question is whether the tattoo or body art should be prohibited in the workplace?

Two proper advices had come up by the experts to protect the traditional culture. First of all, keep traditional culture as traditional culture was. We all know that many old cities or villages keep their traditional architecture or traditional festivals for hundreds of years which attracts millions of tourists to tour and make sense of the culture. To keep it as it was that is the most direct method to protect the traditional culture and reveal to the modern people. However, it is hard to use this method to protect the invisible traditional culture but the next method can do. The method is traditional culture adhering to modern means. For example, we make CDs for classic music so that it can not only meet modern needs but also spread further and more successfully in the modern world. The appearance of traditional culture changes, but the essence will never change and will be well accepted. So the traditional culture lies in life, forever continuing.

Moreover, the percentage of them who are standard proportions was 56.8, which is more than 5 points decrease rather than that in 1988. Some specialists says that the decline of standard proportions is connected to the children's eating habits. So eating alone is still a big problem concerning children not only in Japan, but also USA and Europe.

Advantages of film classification
As we can see, film classification had been used in lots of countries in the world,we can easily find the advantages of it.First of all,it will cancel the restrict to the director, they can shoot everything they want and don't need to consider about the rules they had before. They can show the story originally,i think it is the most basic point of movie.Secondly, audience can see the whole story instead of the cuted one .In the past, people always feel very confused about the cuted movie.Actually, they can't understand the main idea that the directors wanted to show. It's a really terrible feeling when you see a cuted movie and don't know what was the director talk about at all.after we had film classfication,It will be very easy for audiences to understand the movie than before.Further more, film classfication is good for children's education. It will divide the movies in different level, children are not allowed to see the sex&vilonce movie in cinema, their parents will feel happy with film classfication, they don't need to worry about their children anymore. In the end, film classfication let chinese films be brought in line with international practice, and also enlarge the international market.Chinese films can enter the international market easily,More and more people can see the great films which made by chinese directors

Animal test is not the best method for people to test new drug and it should be replaced .The problem of this method is that the test result of animal isn’t exactly same as human ,which will lead to potentially dangerous ,because it is a fact that there is many difference between animal and humans in the physical structure .Even though the result show that the new drug is safe ,it is just for animal but not for human. However, some scientists state that there is no differences in lab animal and humans, so it is no need to worry about adverse reactions for humans different from animal. This concludion is right to a certain extent ,but at the current medical standards it is too early to define it.As you see animal test have many uncertainties and also it is hard to solve .So it is not a wise choice. In fact, there are some alternatives invented successful now such as human tissue sample and even computer models and programmes. We can completely use them instead of animal test to solve the difference and give a more accurat testing result.

Science is really important to a country as well. If that country wants to be more powerful, they have to improve their level of science. Basic science actually lays the foundation upon which any other subjects are built. The false ideas among people should be corrected. To achieve this objective, governments should afford scientists compensations and highlight their contribution to society. Meanwhile, scientific research should also be more actively publicized. Through more intensive interaction with the general public, scientists can, hopefully, change the classic stereotypes of "lab animal" and consequently gain the understand and respect they deserve.

"Technology has the ability to create shortcuts in working and can make tasks easier also. Solid examples are cars, calculators and phones, through technology life may be faster but is also easier. To further this point a fact brought up by Jo-ann was that diseases we have today would be and could have become epidemics, if it were not for technology being there in the field of medicine, medical advances would not have happened or would have come years later (Jo-ann). As far as transportation man has come a long way from horses and coal driven trains to computer navigable and driven cars. In boats crossing the Atlantic it took four to six months, in 747 airliner commercial jets takes ten to fifteen hours (Dana), even though they add to the pollution crisis a population accustomed to having these conveniences is still using them regardless. Among other advantages is the fact that with technology communications is a hundred times faster than without it (Ailua). Before telephones, emails and fax machines, there were trains, carriages and the pony express with the modes of traveling we have now we have been able to make the world smaller so to speak. With technology we enjoy luxuries such as movies, television, fresh food and refrigerators, ovens to cook on and bake in. And with every advantage that technology gives, it brings along with it a disadvantage we have come to depend on it more and more as we advance in the field. ''

When it comes to whether to narrow the gap between people in urban areas and rural areas in China, different people have different attitudes. Personally, I think it is urgent for government to adjust its national income distribution system, and invest more money in the rural areas in China. Since the gap between cities and countrysides becomes larger, it is not good for stability and sustainment of the whole society. No one will be comfortable living in a impoverished area with poor education. It is said that the gap between cities and countrysides has become the biggest barrier to the development of economic. China Agricultural Minister Sun Zhengcai said the average income rate between cities and countrysides had gone up to 3.33:1 in 2007. Although the government is making effort to solve this problem, each and everyone of us still need to pay attention on it.

A part of essay (a positive side of fast food)
Less time consuming may be the most important reason that people prefer have fast food instead of traditional food. Because we can not lose the sight of fact that people have less time to enjoy their meal in modern society. Furthermore, the dishware that fast food restaurant supplied is also helpful to save time. For example, McDonald always provides paper packages and one-off stuff to customers, which aid consumers save both washing and cooking time. Actually, those facilities and dishware also humanistic and considerate to consumers. Like appropriate tissue and tomato source, service of delivery and so on. Consequently, fast food, to some extent, is the result of high-competition society and reflects the modern culture nowadays.

a paragraph(theme,rheme,development)

Anyway, some effective approaches have been adopted to improve the public transportation by government. Firstly, the road construction gives prior consideration to public goods. For example, many big cities like Xiamen has built up a highway network, called BRT(Bus Rapid Transit)system, which is only accessible for buses. Needless to say, this will dramactically clear away the traffic jam even at highpeak period. And referring to the train system, government has invested large sum of money not only to expand the net of tracks, but also to carry out more advance technology on lifting up the speed. Furthermore, special rules have been applied to strictly control the number of private cars. For instance, in Shanghai, the car plates are auctioned in regular ammont per month rather than released randomly to whoever boutht a car. Though all these efferts are greatly bettering the transport situation of cities, what's more important is the public awareness.

Nancy's homework(topic sentence)

Famous international brands are vital for China to be a fashion center. Fashion product is a special kind of product which would be worthless without a brand. Though China is the biggest producing, consumption and export country, but it has no international brand. Most people may think that luxurious brands are the representative of materialism,as they're expensive and the effect of pleasure and showing off outweighs their practicabilities. However, it's just the surface of the things. Connotation and source of luxurious brands are actually spiritual and cultural. Like core material of atom bomb,of which uranium 235 is the basis of nuclear fission, mighty and tempting culture is the source of infinite fascination of luxurious brands. From the standpoint of product, luxurious brands are often historical. Many famous international brands tell people the legend behind their brands, such as centuries-old cultural continuity, spirit of the designers, wonderful stories in developing the brand, and so on. From the standpoint of consumers, the mainstream market is wealthy people. They have strong feeling of cultural acceptance,so they gain corresponding social status through consuming culture and cultural products. From the standpoint of brand, luxurious brands always have strong characteristic of national culture. One of the function of a successful brand is to make dreams for their consumers. For example, lovers dream of owning diamond ring of Cartier,a successful man dreams of wearing watches of Rolex. These dreams and impression to the country of origin have a close connection with cultural image in people's mind. For instance,France stands for romantic,Switzerland stands for accuracy and high quality,Italy stands for passion and enthusiasm. So,what does China stand for to the world? Chinese ancient civilization is highly thought of by the world. Silk, teas and porcelain kept coming into the West and Middle East, and was very popular among the high-society people because of the strong sense of Chinese culture. But the situation now is that many cheap textiles and daily necessities made in China are becoming representative of low price and low quantity. They have flooded many low priced supermarkets in western countries. Brand has degenerated into label. To establish an international brand successfully,it is important for China to solve this problem. The brand culture should be rooted in Chinese brilliant ancient civilization, inheriting its soul while being creative. Then to remove the impression of “inferior goods made in China” by improving manufacturing technique and quantity of the products. With the development of Chinese economy and the rising nation status, demand for Chinese cultural products of the consumers around the world is becoming higher and higher. That's clearly a chance for Chinese international brands to grow up.

Topic: Career advice for Children aged 7-11.

Introduction

Career advice will be offered for children as young as 7-11 under a government scheme to encourage them to broaden horizons and develop aspirations early in life. As a new research shows that three quarters of 11-year-olds want to go to university, but children from poorer backgrounds always fall short of their ambitions-suggesting better guidance may be needed. Cindy's homework

Opposite opinion:

The second important approach to answer above question has its roots in 18th century, from the German philosophy thinker Immanuel Kant. It is a very different approach compared to the first one. From Kant’s viewpoint, the only truly moral action is generated by a pure motive—the moral agent will do what ought to be done. Kant’ motive in this approach is based on what we called “categorical imperative”. The “categorical imperative” falls into 2 principles: the universalisability principle and the respect for people’s principle. (Rachels, J. 2003). For the first principle, Kant says that act only on the maxim which you can at the same time will to be a universal law. (Baron, D. P. 2005). In my case, the maxim is the rule or requirement that it says no one in the workplace can have tattoo or if he/she has, it must be invisible. To universalize the maxim, everyone must and will to follow that maxim, which means, once the rule becomes a universal law, everyone must believe it and willing to follow it. However, the “categorical imperative” rest on the belief in which human beings are entitled to equal consideration. (Rachels, J. 2003). In my case, the company’s rule is, obviously, not fair to every employee and dose not give an equal consideration to each of their employee. Moreover, the rule is not justice, because the rule is not the one that requires us to treat people fairly according to employee’s needs and merits. Tattoos is sometimes a needs of employee solely based on their culture belief, or other reasons. The rule set up by company is essentially the impartial in our case. Therefore, it can not be a universal law. The second principle holds that the morally right rule is always treat other human beings as “ends in themselves” and never merely as means to treat people. (Rachels, J. 2003). “As an end” means to recognize that the person has their own rights, just as you have. We must respect other person, treat other person appropriately, allow them to have a freedom of choice, and to behave in their own lives. But, in our case, the rule was violated some employee’s right, breached their liberty and destroyed their equal opportunity. The employee was forced to accept the rule against their will. The company’s rule does not premise employee to have their own rights and do not respect their own interest. The rule is inconsistent with the second principle in Kant’s approach to moral decision. Also, the rule dose not passes the first principle as well. Therefore, we can conclude that invisible tattoo or no tattoo in the workplace is morally wrong.

Topic about traditional culture

Opposition:

In the process of cultural heritage, due to the stability of the traditional culture, traditional Chinese values of education exists negative effect. In the first part, let us talk about the relationship between teachers and students. In traditional culture, students should respect teacher and can not challenge the teacher's authority. Teachers play a more important role in education rather than students, so Chinese students are always in a passive position. Due to long-term passive position, the students have shortage of self-confidence and independence. Second part is about the education values and education quality, traditional culture reflected in education values is to cultivate "government officials" or "celebrity" as education evaluation standard of success .It is unfair for the teachers to put their attention to the top student but less care about the other students in their class. In the last part, in most of the Chinese parents' eyes, obedient and honest have been considered an important symbol of good students; those who have their own independent opinion, dare to offer the objections, often considered bad student.
