In China,the employment difficulty is still a big problem for university graduates.It is generally agreed that this is because the major they learned in university isn’t matched with what is needed in their job .However this is not the fundamental problem need to firstly be solved,this essay will give a more comprehensive analysis and then reveal the real main reason from a new perspective.
Before analyze the cause of employment difficulty , this essay will describe some background information and detail with data about this phenomenon , then prove that the opinion generally agreed isn’t the main cause of it .In the main body of the essay ,it will give a new viewpoint from economy perspective and will be compared with the emplyment situation with Hongkong to find out the real reason.Finally ,according to this analysis it is suggest that the government should change its goal in order to solve this problem fundamentally .
