Rie's homework

Proposal

In some developed countries, employment of young people has been one of serious concerns for more than ten years. Japan has also has that problem, NEET population is high remarkably. And, even though they have jobs, it is not unusual that people who are over 30 don’t work as regular employees. There are various kinds of non-regular employees, or non-full timers, most of these workers are twenties to thirties. Their bad labor conditions became an issue in the Diet. The Democratic Party produced a statement last year, and it included the amendment related to labor law. However it has caused a lot of criticism.
In this essay, I would like to look at two opposite views of the statement which the Party made.
I will mention at first, the employment situation in Japan. Then I will introduce employment policies which UK is doing for students and young people, and compare with the problems in Japan. And, I will focus on both merits and demerits of working as a non- full timer, and hiring them. Finally, I will analyze the situation that Japan faces, then give some suggestion through different sides of opinions of the legislation on staffing firms the government is going to have.
