1、 According to Blue Book of Cities in China, to improve the distribution of wealth between urban and rural populations is very important now.
2、 Wei Houkai said that the distribution of wealth between urban and rural populations is a huge issue.
3、 Wei said that the average of computer households in cities is 10 times the ratio in the countryside.
4、 Wei suggested that we should pursue collective development for both urban and rural populations.
5、 Wei advocated that an integrated employment policy be implemented in city and countryside.
6、 The reform of the household registration system is a top priority.
7、 The government should gradually adjust its national income distribution system.

Topic:
There is a huge gap between people in urban areas and rural areas in China, What reasons caused this phenomenon? How to narrow the gap?

1、Introduction(generalization): development of economic, the gap becomes larger, popular concern, rural people, urban people, ect.

2、Reasons:
a) Lack of investment in the rural areas in China. It barriers the development of economic and make the gap between the city and countryside bigger. e.g: China invested more in coastal cities than in rural areas.
b) Different standard of education between city and countryside. Because of poverty, the education level in the countryside is very low. As a result, rural people with poor education is difficult to find a good job.
c) Many rural people go to cities to look for new jobs and live in the cities, leave the fertile lands uncultivated, it deteriorates the poor condition.

4、Solutions:
a) The government should gradually adjust its national income distribution system, and invest more money in rural areas.
b) The government sends some good teachers to the rural areas every year and developed cities donate some money to improve the school facilities there.
c) Unite the cities and the natural resources of the country together.

5、Conclusion:
a) Sum up the reasons listed above.
b) Only the government pay more attention on this issue can the gap be bridged.
